DLC Pre-Configured DL Cabinets is a great solution for your time critical server cabinets requirements. Specially manufactured based on the most popular configuration standards for Data Center, each cabinet is factory configured and is packaged ready-to-ship. Because the components are preloaded and packaged at manufacturing facilities, consistency and quality can be more easily maintained compared to the field where installation environments and skill level can vary considerably. With preloaded components, packaging and waste are also significantly reduced, which makes preconfigured cabinets a much greener option. The operating environment heavily influences recommendations on components such as vents, filters, and gaskets, as well as the type of materials used, and finishes applied to the exterior of an enclosure.

The Co-Location Cabinet offers superior security for individual client/server applications. These enclosures are configured to be compatible with most server manufacturers. They are available with 2, 4, 6 or 8 doors. Two depths are available, 36” and 42”.Constructed of 14-gauge welded steel frame; 16-gauge doors and side panel.

The DLPX 6002 series frame contains the ability to house 960 pairs of cables in a single rack. Cable access is achieved through the top and bottom of the large 10″ x 4 ¾” cable boxes in each corner, the largest size of cable manager available. Front to back cable managers are also standard. Cut-outs in the top and bottom panels offer easy access to the cable boxes. Fan-hole cut-outs in the top panel are standard. Doors come standard with a 3-point locking system ensuring security.

The DLPX-6002-44U can accommodate up to 960 pairs of cables in a single cabinet. With our No-U front to rear cable management system shown below and unique key slot design. Cables can be managed in front of the patch panel. Just loosen the screw on the patch panel and slide cable management over the head of the screw.

24” Wide pre-configured 44U server cabinets are available in 36” and 42” Depth.

Front and rear doors are supplied with standard cam locks with a pull handle. All doors are reversible and can be mounted with a left or right side hinge.

The mesh door features 79% open area, the most that anyone can offer in allowing for air flow over servers.

Doors with fan cut-outs help draw hot air out through the rear of the cabinet. In this way the hot aisle cool aisle configuration can be easily achieved.

Dual doors are also available.

Available door options include solid steel, mesh steel, Plexiglas, fan holes and louvered doors. Add the appropriate suffix to the part number. e.x: SMDPX86- 24LD

The External Cable Manager is a great add-on for your existing cabinets that need cable management or for a new addition. It mounts to the exterior of the cabinet and allows fluid movement from front to back and top to bottom. It comes in a variety of sizes and features top and bottom cable entry and split or full front and rear doors.

This unit is available for a variety of cabinets. Consult with your dealer for details.

All frames are supplied with two pairs of numbered universal mounting rails, levelers, a bag of 40 M6 clip nuts with screws and casters to make moving the frame easy. Two other standard widths are 24” and 26”. The 24” is a straight 19” rack mount server cabinet. The 26” version can be used for 23” and or 19” rack mount. Universal rails can be provided that are reversible and have a 19” rack mount one side and a 23” rack mount.

All doors come standard with a cam-lock with 2 keys and a pull handle. This single-point lock can be upgraded to a 3-point lock upon request.

Filler panels are available to fill empty “U” space allowing for a cleaner more organized appearance. In addition, they block unwanted airflow where necessary. Blank panels are supplied with no-tool fasteners for ease of installation. They can also be punched with a variety of cutouts as shown.

Vertical Cable Boxes provide a fluent transition of cables throughout the cabinet. These units feature cable entry from the rear and from both sides and come in 4”, 6” and 8” depths. Add the number representing the depth to the end of the part number. Ex: DPXVM-614.

DPX- RISER 2424

The Recessed Base allows you to rough in your cabling needs prior to installing your cabinet. The riser also provides access to floor tiles in front and back of the cabinet after the installation.

BI: The Brush Infill Base closes the gap to the floor when levelers are used to raise the cabinet. See the part number chart to determine the size needed for your layout.

The Anti-Tip Base, shown here, ensures the integrity and safety of your server hardware preventing the cabinet from being pushed over for any reason. At 8” wide and 19” in length, it is certain to offer the peace of mind you need.

Mounting angles come with 10-32 tapped holes or squares holes for cage nuts to support any 19” or 23” EIA standard equipment. When installed in 24” cabinet, they provide a 19” rackmount. When installed in 26” cabinets, they provide a 23” rackmount.

This cable manager mounts flush to the mounting rails allowing easy access to all port openings. Comes in 1u, 2u, 3u and 4u.

Cable Trays offer a convenient way of managing cables overhead when running cables between relay racks or cabinets.
