Our merchandise is carefully inspected before shipping for form, fit and function. As well, our packaging and shipping practices ensure that our product arrives at its destination in the same condition it leaves our factory.

When using our own delivery truck, we guarantee our product against transit or off-loading damage. Our delivery truck is used for virtually all GTA deliveries.

Where a third party carrier has been engaged, our liability against damage or delay ceases when the carrier accepts the shipment.

When you need something done fast, we do that! Our engineering department can produce 3-D drawings for you showing how your product will look. We can even show you how it will look in your own work environment.

After the drawings are complete we can move forward with producing your order or we can make a sample prototype you can hold in your hand. Whichever way you decide to go, we can produce what you want.

DL Custom products are installed by knowledgeable staff that are familiar with the merchandise. They have been installing DLC product for several years and have worked in almost every conceivable environment from new building or floor lay-outs to established server rooms and office areas.

Our merchandise is carefully inspected before and after installation for form, fit and function. As well, our staff will test the units ensuring that cabling and connections are working properly.

Our installation professionals come prepared with a complete knowledge of the product they work with. They have been installing our product for years because they are the same people who assemble the product in-house.

After installation is complete, our personnel ensure their work area is thoroughly cleaned. Any packaging or other refuse is carefully removed. Installed product is wiped down so the end-user can begin enjoying their new workstation immediately.
